These terms govern your use of the Auction Flip website (the “dashboard”) and its browser extension (the “extension”). By creating an account or continuing to use them, you confirm that you have read these terms and the Privacy Policy and that you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

  • Auction Flip helps you track auction cars (CarMax Auctions, ADESA), estimate a bid ceiling, and prepare and publish your own listings on Facebook Marketplace.
  • The dashboard and the extension are independent tools. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta/Facebook, CarMax, ADESA, Experian (AutoCheck) or Google.
  • The service is provided free of charge in early access and may change or be discontinued at any time.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your email and your extension API key private.
  • You must provide a real email address and be old enough to enter into a contract in your country.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the service only for your own cars and your own accounts. Do not try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or access other users’ data.
  • Follow the rules of the websites you use with the extension (CarMax Auctions, ADESA, AutoCheck, Facebook). You are responsible for how you use them and for the content of your listings.
  • Do not use the service for anything illegal, misleading or fraudulent, including false vehicle descriptions.

4. Your data

  • You keep ownership of the data you add. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • You can delete your cars at any time and ask us to delete your account.

5. Analysis and estimates

  • Prices, bid ceilings, demand numbers and AI comments are estimates and are provided for information only. They are not financial, legal or professional advice, and we do not guarantee any profit or accuracy. You make every buying and selling decision yourself.

6. No warranty and limit of liability

  • The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profit, lost data, auction or marketplace outcomes, account restrictions on third-party websites, or any indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Changes and termination

  • We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date above; if you keep using the service after that, you agree to the new terms.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and you can stop using the service at any time.
